April Humberd

Director, Support and Managed Services

April, or as we like to call her, The Boss, has been with AccessData since 2016. Her superhero growing up was the Pink Power Ranger and if she could pick any superpower now it would be to find anything from people, treasure and keys! Imagine how many late mornings that would save us from? If April could spend her day doing anything it would be a day full of pampering with her jamming out to Can’t Stop the Feeling. A fun fact about April is that she lives on a beef cattle farm so from one moment she is troubleshooting a server to working on a tractor! If you run into her, you might want to ask her about her trip to St. Lucia or eating fried rattlesnake. The best thing April has learned in her position has been that being proactive with other departments and customers makes a huge overall impact on the satisfaction of everyone involved! Following her want to use her natural tech skills in the criminal justice field, we’re grateful April is part of the AccessData team!

Nate Oleson

Senior Tier 3 Support Engineer

Meet Nate who has been with the AccessData team for over 13 years! Choosing the ultimate power of teleportation, you can find Nate teleporting to a nice beach on his day off enjoying all the activities from sunrise to sunset. If he could title his own autobiography, it would be called a Lonely Road to a Joyful Destination. Having worked with AccessData for so long, one of the biggest things he has learned is the broad spectrum of technologies that he couldn’t imagine learning anywhere else! His final parting note to those he comes in contact with would be to try authentic “tacos al pastor” in a beach town in Mexico. Excuse us as we book our flight!

Shawn Jenkins

Tier 3 Support Engineer

Say hello to Shawn who joined the AccessData team back in 2012! If you don’t find him jamming out to either Disco, Classical, or PTK music depending on his mood, he’s joining the masses binge-watching the popular Game of Thrones series. Does anyone else sense “winter is coming?” He’s definitely not alone with one of his top favorite perks of working at AccessData being the endless free coffee! Titling his future autobiography As Fun as Watching Paint Dry can most likely be attributed to the fact that his superpower of choice would be invisibility! 

Bipin Shrestha

Product Support Technician – International

If you’re one of our international customers, you may have had the chance to meet Bipin! Stemming from a passion and willingness to help people, Bipin joined AccessData in 2017. Something he recommends everyone should try at least once (as do we) would be to enjoy a two-week meditation retreat in the Himalayas! His superhero growing up was Superman which leaves no shock when his superpower of choice would be superhuman strength! Bipin would title his autobiography Patience is a Virtue while reading his favorite book The Alchemist. Something that he has learned in his time here has been to accept his weaknesses and find constructive ways to strengthen them. Jamming out to Pearl Jam, The Rolling Stones and Rammstein during his commute on his day off, he loves to wander in nature with his wife!

John Myers

Tier 1 Product Support Technician

John Myers is our most recent team member who joined us mid-2020. If only he could use the superpower of mind-reading along with his hidden talent of his curious nature in figuring out how things work, he would make the ultimate superhero! His favorite meal of the day is breakfast which includes an omelet with eggs from his backyard chickens and deer tenderloin. Yum! If he won the lottery, he would buy a ranch that would be managed for wildlife with a large lake stocked with fish. His favorite superhero is Green Arrow because his power comes from being highly trained which John is already obtaining with his love for solving problems and learning new things here at AccessData! 

Angie Degrazio

Product Support Technician

You’re going to want to shake hands with Angie and chat with her about her favorite vacation she took to New Zealand! Becoming a part of the AccessData team back in 2016, her favorite thing she’s learned is that she has a very good “teacher voice.” Her superpower of choice would be teleportation. The proudest achievement Angie has accomplished this year has been surviving 2020, which we will clap our hands to celebrate as well!

Jay Chambers

Senior Tier 3 Support Engineer

Jay joined the AccessData team back in 2014 and has enjoyed it because he knows that we’re not your typical UT County software company! His superhero growing up was Spiderman and enjoys his time snacking on his favorite cereal Peanut Butter Crunch. His superpower of choice would be Deus Ex Machina, which if you don’t know, would allow him to have a device that suddenly solves previously unsolvable problems! Who else thinks that would be a great tool right about now? Jay enjoys watching his favorite team the Jazz play and the oldest pair of shoes he has in his closet would be his 25 year-old Florsheim loafers.

Herman Wong

Product Support Technician

Herman began his career by helping out a friend with a video game company on their helpdesk/game support line during a busy holiday season and loved what he did! Bringing those skills and learning even more he has been with AccessData since 2010 and has been helping end-users from all over! His superpower of choice would be to fly by propelling through the air with one thought. If he could spend his day doing anything, he would go on a long scenic walk or hike with his wife while planning his top destination vacation to Rome, Italy. When asked, the three things he couldn’t live without were; the Bible, the love of his family and friends and sunrises…and sunsets! We gave him the fourth pick because who doesn’t love sunsets?

Anne Patterson

Technical Support Engineer

Anne is our go-to get it done Support Engineer. Being with AccessData for over 10 years we trust her go-to productivity trick of breaking down tasks into bite-size chunks! We would also love to relive her best vacation of scuba diving in Belize where she saw a juvenile whale shark. Growing up she had great resources to look to such as her personal superhero, Margaret Mead, and a quote from her father, “Never try to teach a pig to sing. It wastes your time and annoys the pig.” The best thing that Anne has learned while at AccessData has been that support is 40% technical and 60% social. She knows that if she can understand what the customer needs, she can get them where they need to be! Binge-watching Justified and enjoying her fave snack of pistachio nuts, Anne’s choice of teleportation solidifies her a support engineer you need to chat with!

Brandon Harmon

Senior Advanced Product Support Engineer

Brandon has been with AccessData since 2015 and every day he has loved helping customers succeed by quickly resolving questions! His superhero growing up was Spiderman but if he could choose his superpower now it would be invisibility. Some things you might not know about Brandon Harmon is that he is a member of the Comanche Nation, really good at smoking meats, and his favorite food is Mexican, especially tacos! His favorite scary movie is Dark City and you can usually find him jamming out to Latest Tool and Dream Theater (full volume up)!
