Dennis McGinn is the founder and chief executive officer of Rapid Recon, the creator of time-to-line (T2L) workflow software for automobile dealership reconditioning departments. Today, more than 22,000 users have adopted the T2L culture and technology to increase used car inventory turn and improve per-vehicle revenue. 
 
Prior to starting Rapid Recon in 2010, McGinn leveraged a 21-year management career with Hewlett-Packard, during which time he became proficient in applying the principles of continuous process improvement while working with advanced manufacturing software for major automotive OEMs. 
 
He is the author of two seminal text books on rapid reconditioning, his first, RECON T2L – The Starting Line for Reversing Margin Compression, and his newest, released at the National Automobile Dealers Association annual convention and exhibit in February of 2020, is INVENTORY IS A WASTE – Why Recon T2L Speed to Sale Matters Today More than Ever.
